Payment Methods Available

Paying with Credit Cards

Accepting Visa, MasterCard, and Discover

To avoid any processing delays, please provide the credit cardholder's name and address on file with the credit card issuing bank. For the protection of our customers, all credit card orders are subject to name and address verification.

Checks & Money Orders

We accept Checks and Money Orders. In order to process these orders send in a printed receipt of your online transaction or contact us to have a receipt sent to you for processing.

A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.

All unpaid accounts will be charged a 2.99% finance charge on the 15th of each month.

COD is not available.

School Purchases

Purchase Orders

We do accept purchase orders from schools on most of our products. Please contact us for further information on processing your purchase order. We will verify all purchase orders prior to completing any orders. Orders will be shipped only to official school addresses.

Purchase Order Payments

Payments for school purchase orders are expected to be received within two weeks of receiving your order.

Back Ordered Items

If an item is on backorder we will contact you via e-mail or phone to inform you and give you the option of cancelling your transaction.

Charges To Your Credit Card

Items are not charged to your credit card until shipment.

Shipping Methods:

Custom Timpani uses UPS and USPS for the majority of shipping needs. Some items such as timpani require truck shipping, please contact us for shipping rates for timpani sales.

Unless specifically requested, we do not require a signature for deliveries. The carrier will use their own discretion on determining whether to leave a package or not. Custom Timpani is not responsible for packages left by carriers.

Refund and Return Policies

Shipping Information:

Your product will be shipped on an average of 3-5 business days after we receive your payment. Payments made with personal checks can expect a shipment time of 7-14 days after we receive your payment to allow time for your check to clear.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee:

We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, return the item within 30 days from date of invoice for a full refund. There is a 5% restocking fee

Returns must be in the same condition as it left our warehouse. We inspect returns and upon approved inspection, your purchase will be refunded. Returns not in the original condition or incomplete, may be subject to a charge based on our cost to repair the damage or replace missing parts. Refunds are for purchase price of product only and do not include charges incurred for shipping and handling. Refunds will be issued by company check to the buyer after inspection of the returned product.

Return shipping will be at your expense. Merchandise will be returned prepaid by a traceable method (a tracking number) as we are not responsible for lost packages being returned.

Instrument Warranties

New Instruments:

Each Manufacturer offers its own warranty on their product. Specific warranty information is provided with your instrument purchase. To make sure you instrument is fully covered, refer to your warranty information card sent with your purchase and mail it in to the manufacturer.

Do not send the instrument to the manufacturer as warranty claims/service must be processed through an authorized dealer.
